Booking and Despatch System

In July 2007, an up to date computerised booking and despatch system and sophisticated phone system was installed which have the facilities to do just about everything including FREE Call Back and Text Back Service, track drivers, estimate time and price of journeys and much more. The system has enabled Streamline Warrens to extend their fleet and despatch jobs at a much faster rate than most systems available and certainly a lot faster than voice controlled over a radio system. The system has been in for 6 months now and we wonder how we ever coped on the radio system.

As the unit is portable the driver can take the device with him, which makes him contactable even when away from the vehicle. E.g. at airports or large sites. The unit has 'Sat Nav' installed to a national level, because you never know where your next job is going to take you. The system works on Mobile Phone GPRS system and GPS for the 'Sat Nav'.

One of the biggest advantages is that the driver can be located within 50 metres nationally; therefore letting Streamline Warrens give 'real time' information to their clients.

Also if you have any query on any route you were taken we can play the job back from its log for up to 1 year. This will show us the route and speed at certain times throughout the journey.

This system is backed up by a 24 hour helpline, which I am pleased to say we have only used once after the first week. When choosing the CORDIC system we researched about 10 companies and spoke to existing customers and were very impressed by the positives we received from companies that use the CORDIC system.

Whether it be wedding parties, birthday parties, hen or stag parties, we can provide you with all your taxi needs. You can book in advance and for large parties and multi pick ups or drop offs, just provide us with the addresses and we will do the rest by arranging them into the least number of vehicles possible to save you money.
