The invoice can be set up in any way the customer chooses, from the standard chronological order, to splitting the account into cost codes, departments and even various passwords. The invoice offers a thorough breakdown of the journey, listing date, time, name, pick up address, drop off address and cost. If the journey has multiple pick ups then this would be listed. The front cover sheet offers the tax point of the whole invoice or this can be split into individual invoices.

Streamline Warrens is proven at providing corporate and business account holders with a professional and friendly service level. Business accounts are 'key' to the success of Streamline Warrens Taxis and the accounts invoices have doubled in the last 3 years. One of the most popular ideas put forward by Streamline Warrens recently is the 'Web Booker' facility. This enables customers, corporate and hopefully private soon, to be able to not only book their taxi on the internet, but also to be able to track the vehicle in 'real time' until it arrives at the pick up address.

The Web User can enter full details of the job, including pick up address, destination and any special requirements. The system can give you immediate quotation details. The Web User can then accept the quote and book the Taxi.

The system then allows the customer to check on the status of their taxi.
